In 2020, the ROTAX Max Challenge Grand Finals will venture into its 11th different country for the 21st running of the event, following on from a fourth visit to Italy in October of 2012 for the 20th anniversary.
This time, the Grand Finals themselves will be held between November 7th and 14th, 2020, with the Bahrain International Karting Circuit being the backdrop for the latest challenge for the best ROTAX racers from across the globe.
The 1,415-metre CIK-FIA homologated circuit has been the host of prestigious events, which included the 2016 FIA Karting World Championships, that were also held under the night time sky. This is along with the Bahrain ROTAX Mojo Max Challenge (BRMMC), which also regularly takes place there.
With 360 drivers from almost 60 different nations forming the international field that were at Circuito Internazionale Napoli in Sarno, the 2020 ROTAX Max Challenge Grand Finals look to be even more of a spectacle than in years past!

In support of Team UK, JAG Engineering will also provide a similar prize fund for the 2020 Motorsport UK British Kart Championships ROTAX classes, which for 2019 was in excess of £25,000, showing their ongoing support and trust with the ROTAX brand, as the most well-recognised distributor globally, in terms of brand awareness, customer service and support.
For the 2020 season, there will be ROTAX Max Challenge Grand Final tickets for the following class winners:
- Micro Max
- Junior Rotax
- Senior Rotax
- Rotax 177, who will receive an entry for the DD2 class.
